Neighborhood leaders working together for Santa Ana
A unified civic forum for public safety, neighborhood preservation, planning, housing, parks, transportation, arts, education, and quality of life.
Established to connect, collaborate, and advocate.
The G7 Neighborhood Leaders Alliance was established to bring together Santa Ana's neighborhood leaders to collaborate, share ideas, and advocate for policies that enhance public safety, strengthen neighborhoods, and improve the overall quality of life for residents.
Recognizing that Santa Ana is home to more than 65 organized neighborhood associations—many representing historically significant communities, including the nationally recognized Historic Downtown, French Park, and Floral Park Historic Districts—the Alliance was created to provide a unified voice on issues affecting the city's diverse neighborhoods.
Proud ambassadors for The Golden City.
Our members are passionate community advocates, civic leaders, and proud ambassadors for Santa Ana who are committed to preserving and enhancing what has long been known as "The Golden City."
The G7 serves as a forum for thoughtful discussion, collaboration, and informed dialogue on the issues that shape Santa Ana's future. Topics regularly addressed include public safety, neighborhood preservation, economic development, land use and planning, housing, transportation, city budgeting, parks, the arts, education, and other matters that impact the well-being of our community.
Founded in 2022. Focused on the future.
Founded in the spring of 2022, the G7 Neighborhood Leaders Alliance has met monthly to foster communication, build consensus, and encourage collaboration among neighborhood leaders across the city. The Alliance strives to provide constructive input and informed recommendations to Santa Ana's elected officials, City Manager and executive leadership, City commissions, the Santa Ana Chamber of Commerce, the Communication Linkage Forum (Com-Link), and other community organizations dedicated to the city's continued success.
The G7 Neighborhood Leaders Alliance was founded by longtime Santa Ana resident and neighborhood leader Tim Rush, who continues to serve as its Chairman. Under his leadership, the Alliance remains dedicated to promoting civic engagement, encouraging collaborative problem-solving, and helping ensure that Santa Ana's neighborhoods continue to thrive for generations to come.
